The Power of Imagination
This Book's Focus
The Power of Imagination: The Neville Goddard Treasury is a 592-page collection of ten works by Neville Goddard, along with a biographical introduction by Israel Regardie.
At the heart of Neville’s teachings is the belief that imagination is the creative power behind our reality. Our thoughts, feelings, and assumptions shape the world we experience, and by consciously directing them, we can create the lives we desire.
Principles and Key Points
Throughout the collection, Neville explores several connected ideas:
- Imagination creates reality. Our inner world shapes our outer experience.
- Feeling is the secret. Feeling that our desires are already fulfilled is central to manifestation.
- The Law of Assumption. Living from the belief that what we desire is already ours.
- Revision. Using imagination to revisit past experiences and change their meaning and influence.
- Spiritual interpretation of scripture. Understanding biblical teachings as descriptions of consciousness and our creative power.
The collection includes Feeling Is the Secret, The Power of Awareness, Awakened Imagination, The Law and the Promise, and six other works that explore these principles in greater depth.
The Blended Path
Neville’s teachings represent the metaphysical side of The Blended Path, emphasizing imagination, consciousness, and our ability to participate in creating our reality.
His work offers a spiritual perspective on the power of thought and feeling that can expand how we understand our own creative potential.
Why I Value This Book
I value having Neville’s core writings together in one volume. It allows me to return to his teachings and see how his ideas about imagination, feeling, and assumption connect across his work.
When outside circumstances feel overwhelming, these pages remind me that the power to change my experience is always within my mind and imagination.
For me, this collection is a valuable resource for exploring the creative power of consciousness and the possibility of shaping our lives from within.
